After a 6 year "battle" and about six different lawyers we ended up with Marco. I will say our 2nd lawyer was very good and very high caliber, but he unfortunately got terminally ill. My wife and stayed with his understudy for a few years, which was a mistake and I will leave it at that. once we... hired Marco we back to the same high bar we became used to. My wife had basically overstayed her Visa many years ago, which the USCIS does not seem to like. We had a plan and stuck to it, it took a few years because immigration is very slow with paperwork. But after many different lawyers and many failed plans he was able to end it. Now my wife can finally live a normal US life.
