Marco Pignone III

After a 6 year "battle" and about six different lawyers we ended up with Marco. I will say our 2nd lawyer was very good and very high caliber, but he unfortunately got terminally ill. My wife and stayed with his understudy for a few years, which was a mistake and I will leave it at that. once we... hired Marco we back to the same high bar we became used to. My wife had basically overstayed her Visa many years ago, which the USCIS does not seem to like. We had a plan and stuck to it, it took a few years because immigration is very slow with paperwork. But after many different lawyers and many failed plans he was able to end it. Now my wife can finally live a normal US life. We are extremely grateful for his professionalism and the speed at which he would reply and file new paperwork. Trust me from experience, it is very hard to find a competent immigration lawyer and he has met a very high bar. We are forever grateful.

Marco did a specific and great job for me. He helped me from the beginning since I got in USA, until now and he’s my lawyer forever. He is a hard worker. Where should I start?! Our case was handed over to Marco right after my conditional Greencard was approved.
