Marco Pignone III

My family and I hired Marco Pignone to handle my father's waiver case back in 2019. We were struggling to find an immigration attorney until we came across Marco. At first, Marco explained how this case would be challenging, but he was willing to take it on. However, everything went downhill after we... made the retainer payment. Firstly, it was very difficult to get ahold of him for anything. He would take three weeks just to respond to an email, if we were lucky to get a response at all. As we began receiving document requests from USCIS, we provided them to Marco for submission within a one week span only for him to delay submitting them. Then we would receive additional requests for the same documents and quickly provide them again to Marco. It would finally take him 6 months to submit the documents after unnecessary delay. After going through all of that, my father's waiver was unfortunately denied. If Marco had active communication with us and submitted items timely, my father's case would have been approved. I would not recommend Marco Pignone for any of your immigration needs because you will only be disappointed.

To be honest I’ve dealt with plenty of lawyers in my time, I would like to say that Marco and his whole crew really take the time to make sura a customer is satisfied, you can easily contact Marco via email. Usually you wait for a response from other attorneys but Marco will always respond within a f...ew hours, he handled my wife’s case coming to America. He told me from the door that this will take an estimated 1 year. Finally my wife is approved 1 year later, the hardest part is my wife is from Syria which there is a travel ban for Syrians, with his super professionally worded waiver she was approved, which she is from Syria and had to go to Amman Jordan to get approved, all this was super tough to us we thought. But the team they have are super skilled and very aware of new documents that are required, is country is different, if your looking for an immigration lawyer, don’t think twice about Marco and his team, I call it a smooth transaction. I highly recommend.
