My family and I hired Marco Pignone to handle my father's waiver case back in 2019. We were struggling to find an immigration attorney until we came across Marco. At first, Marco explained how this case would be challenging, but he was willing to take it on. However, everything went downhill after we... made the retainer payment. Firstly, it was very difficult to get ahold of him for anything. He would take three weeks just to respond to an email, if we were lucky to get a response at all. As we began receiving document requests from USCIS, we provided them to Marco for submission within a one week span only for him to delay submitting them. Then we would receive additional requests for the same documents and quickly provide them again to Marco. It would finally take him 6 months to submit the documents after unnecessary delay. After going through all of that, my father's waiver was unfortunately denied. If Marco had active communication with us and submitted items timely, my father's case would have been approved. I would not recommend Marco Pignone for any of your immigration needs because you will only be disappointed.

I hired Marco back in 2015 for my husband's case I was desperately looking for a lawyer because our case was nothing common and kind of complicated my husband entered the US with a fake passport after looking around diferent lawyers Marco was the only lawyer who was honest to me He told me case wasn'...t easy but that he was willing to take the challenge and He did an awesome job my husband got approved for his green card with out living the country and everything went great I just want to thank Marco for helping us on my husband's case he took the challenge and He did it !!! In March 2020, my wife and I's plans were turned upside down due to the immediate aftermath of the Covid-19 situation. My wife and I were worried about what next for us, and all the options seemed daunting. In a time of need, I reached out to Marco for help. He was very clear on the situation and ...both worst and best case scenarios. He provided a cost very quickly, at was an extremely reasonable price and particularly as we learned along the way was for high quality and attentive service. Some key follow-ups were answered quickly, we signed up and we were on our way. Marco and his colleague Jadaris made things simple, gave us clear direction of what they wanted my wife and I to provide and filed in a very prompt manner. Along the way, they checked in as we went through biometrics, received advanced parole, the EAD card and eventually a green card interview. Prior to the interview, Marco ran through the process in great detail and again gave us a super clear list of what we needed. Within a few days of the interview, we got the green card, and we were lucky our process took just under a year in total (EAD and advance parole after 5 months). I will have to go through more processes soon, but it was such a pleasure working with Marco and Jadaris. Thank you for everything you did for us - it really means a lot to us!
