John Rosenthal is hands down the best Injury Lawyer in the PA/NJ area. He went so hard to get me back the most money possible for my case. When he thought we deserved more, he fought and got us more money. He wasn’t satisfied with the settlement until I was completely satisfied with it. Most lawyers work Mon-Fri 9-5. With John I was able to reach him on. Saturday at 8pm if needed. He answered all questions and made sure I understood every aspect of my case. Five stars isn’t really enough to describe the level of satisfaction Mr. Rosenthal gave me. He deserves 10 STARS!!! My case was handled in a timely manner and I would recommend John to ANYONE who was involved in a accident or has sustained some type of injury. Mr. Rosenthal will be and still is MY lawyer. God forbid any other accidents happen but if so I know for sure that I don’t need anyone else and John is only a phone call away. I’m so thankful to have been referred to such an amazing lawyer that fought for me like he was fighting for himself.

As soon as my case touched his desk he contacted me and introduced himself properly as anyone should when it comes to business.He worked in a timely manner. Fast, Responsive, and Excellent Negotiator
Jonathan rules! Despite Covid severely impacting the turnaround times of the medical/legal third parties we needed to work with, Jon made quick work of getting my case settled for way more than I anticipated. He was able to reduce both medical and legal costs significantly so that I was able to benefit from my settlement as much as possible. Unlike some of the mega law firms where you deal with receptionists, paralegals, and call centers, Jon was very accessible. I felt like I was always in the loop on my case; if I ever had questions, he was super quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend getting Jon on your side... I’m so grateful I was able to work with him!

Fast Settlement
Jonathan is one of the best lawyers I've ever hired. Through every step of my case he kept me informed also gave me all options good and bad. He didn't hide anything about my case from me. He was very upfront and clear.(which I really liked) My case was taking a bit of time but he pushed and pushed he would not take no for an answer(which I also liked) and He got my case settled instead of a long costly trial. He was also able to save me over $12,000 in fee's and medical cost.(he is great negotiating) Overall he's a GREAT lawyer he won't stop until you get what you deserve. Quick Settlement
I hired Jonathan Rosenau after first being recommended to a couple other attorneys. I called and spoke to everyone. The other guys I talked to told me my case was bad because I had limited tort. Jonathan told me that it was tough, but he could make it happen. Jonathan was able to get the other driver's insurance to pay all the insurance money he had ($100,000) and then got even more money from my insurance ($15,000.00). Jonathan is the best! I would recommend all of my friends and family to him if they ever needed an attorney. Call Jonathan: you will not be disappointed.

Best lawyers I've ever worked with-great negotiators!
I was referred by another attorney to this practice and I couldn't be happier! Jonathan Rosenau and Helaida Perez worked diligently on my personal injury case from the first day through the settlement. Greg Littman was extremely helpful and encouraging. At every turn, even when news seemed not great, my team kept me well advised so I knew what to expect, especially for deposition and medical exams. The team even let me use their conference room for a whole day to finish my interrogatories. Great folks, very clear and easy to understand. Towards the end of settlement negotiations the insurance company played hardball...yet Jon and Greg worked wonders-5 times more than expected, PLUS Jon reduced my medical lien to under 1% of the original amount! Legal excellence
Jonathan Rosenau represented me after I suffered an injury impairing my long term ability to remain as physically active as I had been prior to the injury. Jonathan assertively worked on my behalf for a settlement that was fair. My case was somewhat challenging as the surgeon who repaired the injury could not specially state that the full extent of the damage was attributable to the fall I sustained on a city street due to no fault of my own. Nonetheless Jonathan confidently pursued and obtained a reasonable settlement for me.

We had a case where we were hit from behind. Car totaled and Major injuries. Our insurance company wasn’t willing to compensate, Jonathan helped us with our case and was very informative and professional. Great lawyer, great experience!
Recently, I found myself in a new job with a new employment contract and I quickly realized there was a significant amount of language I was not familiar with. I requested the services of Jonathan Rosenau to review my contract front-to-back. He not only throughly examined my non-competition clause but he also took the time to explain what the implications were for some of the more obscure language. He was knowledgable and courteous and I felt very comfortable signing off after taking his counsel.

An exceptional lawyer.
Mr. Rosenau assisted me with a personal injury case and, without going into too much detail, deftly guided me throughout the entire process.
