I am very proud to be a trial-experienced Philadelphia personal inury lawyer committed to achieving Justice for over 40 years. Some may say that trial lawyers are greedy and I freely admit that I am very greedy for Justice.

June 19, 2017 My daughter and I were involved in a serious accident involving a tractor trailer on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Northeast Extension. Our car was struck by a merging 18 wheeler truck, crushing my Mazda Miata and trapping my daughter and I under the belly of the truck. I was absolutely... terrified. I thought we were going to die. My daughter was pinned from the legs down. One of the wheels was inches away from killing her. It took emergency crews more than two hours to free my daughter from the wreck. Our injuries were very serious. My grandson began contacting Truck accident lawyers when he found Jeffrey Reiff and his firm Reiff and Bily in Philadelphia. Due to the seriousness of our injuries, my daughter and I were unable to make the trip to Philadelphia to meet with them. Attorney Reiff traveled to meet us. Every other attorney told us we didn't have a case

We didn't have a case against the auto manufacturer. That's what every other attorney told us. Everyone except the attorneys at Reiff and Bily. My baby sister was 21 when her car was rear-ended and exploded into flames. She was trapped inside and burned to death after the gas tank in her car... ruptured and the car ignited. When the police came to give us the news, we were broken as a family. My sister was a light. She was studying to be a nurse and she took care of our mom, who was suffering from MS. We were devastated by the loss of our beloved sister and daughter, and we were furious that her car that burst into flames after being hit. At Reiff and Bily, we found a team of relentless attorneys. They saw what everyone else didn't. They discovered a product defect with the steel plate that protects the gas tank, and they saw a way for us to be compensated for our losses, especially financially. They brought in experts from around the country to help prove our case. They took my sister's life very seriously and they fought for her and our family with respect and got justice. But they did so much more than that. When the bank wanted to foreclose on my parents' house, they worked with us and the bank at no extra cost and we were able to keep our home. When our emotional burden felt like too much to bear, they helped us find a good therapist to get us through the harder times. They constantly kept us in tune with how the case was going. They made us feel like family. Anything we needed, they were there 24/7. They were always very straight with us. They told us there would be good and bad days, but ultimately we would be victorious. Ultimately, we were victorious. My mother will receive care for the rest of her life. Reiff and Bily are one of a kind. They bring you on, they study your case, they treat you with the utmost respect and they do everything in their power to win. I would recommend them 100 percent and more.

Best I Have Dealt With

I found out that owning a business makes you very susceptible to law suits against your business. That is the world we live in. Jeff is a great business lawyer. When ever one of these lawsuits popped up Jeff guided me every step of the way. He is the best business lawyer I have ever dealt with.
