I have been corporate counsel to several multinational corporations. I have managed high stakes litigation in employment law, patent, trade secrets, software and contract disputes. I have bought and sold businesses and formed joint ventures. I'm admitted to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania and New York. I recently became a Florida Civil Circuit Certified Mediator. Meditation, and corporate knowledge
