James Rocco is great in court. He might be a little hard to communicate with when the court date is pending but he will come through and get the job done. Jim is my attorney in an extremely messy and complex divorce. He was extremely successful in representing me during the custody phase. For over 5 years my son has been fighting for f...ull custody of my grandson, and my grandson is only 6 years old. We had hired another lawyer to begin the process, and I believe today that should we have stayed with our original lawyer, we would not have had the outcome that we received yesterday. He took the time to listen to my son’s story, and formulate his own opinion that despite my sons outward appearance he truly loved my grandson and wanted to do everything in his power to gain full custody of him. I believe whole heartedly that Jim made it HIS mission to do everything in HIS power to make sure that happened. After 1 ½ years in Attorney Rocco’s care we finally received a decision from the courts yesterday. It was all we had hoped for. My son was given full custody, meaning my grandson is safe, and his future is more stable. My son has recently become engaged to a beautiful woman. He has achieved full custody of his son. I have never been so proud of my son and my heart has never felt more full. Now we can finally create a family with security, safety, stability and true love.
