I went through my I-485 case with Brian and just got the greencard. Definitely it was long journey due to unexpected Covid situation in 2020, patience was the key of this blind USCIS process. During the painful process Brian always replied my questions promptly (normally within 2~3 hours) which made... me and my wife being relieved quite a bit. I could feel that Brian is very experienced lawyer who dealt with a lot of these cases based on his replies and recommendations. I don't want anyone has to suffer with USCIS's process but if they have to, I highly recommend Brian as their immigration lawyer to go through with.

Whatever i say about this company headed by Brian Getson wont be enough. You have to deal with them to know that they will exceed your expectations in any circumstances that you are in. That is because, they are fully updated with any rules & procedures. so prompt that it is unbelievable sometimes,... have a very different outlook, always focused and never keep you in dark. They don't promise moon but they do deliver it because of their very professional and experienced team. I have worked with many attorney's for immigration needs but i would say try this company before going to anyone else. I do not see anyone even close to them. They are very clear in any situation, never confused and whether your case is tough or easy, they are the right people. Also they are very reasonably priced compared to others in the field.

Mi experiencia y la de mi esposa durante casi 1 año y medio, siendo clientes de Brian Getson, fue formidable. Ellos son muy serios en su labor como abogados de inmigración. Cuentan con abogados que dominan el español, chino, y supongo que otros idiomas también. Por si usted aun no domina el inglés,... ellos pueden asistirlo/a. En nuestro caso, a pesar de hablo el inglés, pero no muy fluido, el abogado Danilo, fue nuestro asistente. Al igual que Brian, con él fue de maravillas, pues es una persona muy diáfana, atenta, calmada y argumenta muy bien el trayecto de las posibles situaciones que puedan presentarse durante el proceso. Los precios para nuestro entender, fueron muy justos y razonables, incluso en un momento donde el poder ejecutivo del país, había subido los precios de los trámites migratorios, Brian fue flexible, incluso el procedimiento de pago, algo que nos ayudó mucho, pues se había agravado la situación económica en ese momento.
