I met Attorney Getson at a scientific conference in Los Angeles. He looked into my resume and agreed to help me for my green card. My employer didn't allow me to hire outside attorney for I-140. Luckily my I-140 got approved and I was able to convince my employer that I will go with Attorney Getson f...or I-485. We hired him to do our I-765, I-131, and I-485 for me and my spouse. He is very professional, calm, and knowledgeable. He knows tiny details about this process. You give him a problem (like I don't have a birth certificate) he has a solution, alternative of birth certificate. He was very patient with us. He is in NJ and we were in Louisiana but the distance never was a problem, as he uses cloud service for you to upload documents. He replies email queries right away and that even on weekends. He charges one straightforward reasonable fee for the entire process. He guarantees for error free application. If you go through immigration forums, you will know how attorneys mesh up these forms then you pay extra on top of the fees to fix the error or to reply RFEs. We had no RFEs whatsoever for I-485 or I-765, or I-131, and after the due processing time, received AP/EAD cards, and green cards in hand 2 months after EAD. I know several others who filed before us or at the same time, still have not received their EAD or green cards. We had a very pleasant experience, and will definitely work with him again in future. I went through my I-485 case with Brian and just got the greencard. Definitely it was long journey due to unexpected Covid situation in 2020, patience was the key of this blind USCIS process. During the painful process Brian always replied my questions promptly (normally within 2~3 hours) which made... me and my wife being relieved quite a bit. I could feel that Brian is very experienced lawyer who dealt with a lot of these cases based on his replies and recommendations.
