Bernard D. Faigenbaum

I was getting nowhere with my attorney of many,many years...and made the very difficult decision to make a change. Hiring Bernie Faigenbaum was the best decision in this area that I have ever made! Mr. Faigenbaum handled the probate for my uncle's estate and sale of his primary residence in 2012. My uncle lived in the Philadephia area all his life. I currently reside in Colorado so the distance made it very difficult for me to fulfill my responsibiities as executor of my uncle's estate. Thank...fully Mr. Faigenbaum provided invaluable assistance with my uncle's estate planning from the time we first met with him in 2009. When my uncle passed away suddenly in 2012, Attorney Faigenbaum suggested an excellent realtor who had the property on the market and sold in less than 2 weeks. Mr. Faigenbaum also opened probate in a timely manner, filed the PA inheritance tax return, and has been advising me in the intervening months. He is very knowledgeable in estate and probate law, and is responsive to questions about the process. I do not know how my family and I would have gotten through this situation without his guidance.
