Biography
For more than forty years I have been representing individuals against powerful opponents, using innovative approaches to successfully litigate some of the most difficult cases in the profession, including legal malpractice, estate litigation and civil sexual assaults. My clients have included lawyers that have been sued, clients that are suing lawyers, family members involved in destructive litigation and individuals who feel the system is just not protecting them. I have been honored to be AV rated by Martindale Hubbel ( the highest rating for competence and ethics) since 1990 and listed as a Pre Eminent Lawyer in America in Civil Trial Practice since 2002.

Disappointing

A very good lawyer !
Clifford is very knowledgeable, professional,skillful and passionate. He is the best attorney that we know about. I had a very hard “slip and fall” case back in 2007.
