Scott I. Fegley, Esq. is a graduate of Lafayette College where he received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in 1984. At Lafayette, he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa national academic honor society and received Distinguished Honors in his major, International Affairs.

Mr. Fegley attended law school at Villanova University. He was a member of the Moot Court Board. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1987. Mr. Fegley has been in private practice since his graduation from law school. He is a veteran of numerous arbitrations, several trials, and appellate arguments before both state and federal courts. Mr. Fegley is admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In the federal courts, he is admitted to practice in the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. For several years, Mr. Fegley also served as an adjunct instructor of Labor and Employment Law at the Bucks County Community College.

Mr. Fegley and his family live in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where he has been an active member of his community. He served as a Lower Makefield Township Supervisor from January 1994 through December 2005. He has also served on the Bucks County Open Space Task Force, the Lower Makefield Township Environmental Advisory Council, and the boards of the Bucks County Housing Group, Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce, Newtown Business Association, Newtown Arts Company and the Livengrin Foundation among others.

Best decision I made!
I was in a dispute with a private disability company a few years back and Scott’s help was absolutely invaluable to my win in the dispute. Throughout the years Scott would help out in this matter from time to time and I sincerely credit his help as the biggest factor in keeping me from feeling totally alone in the dispute. If you’ve never been in a situation where it’s you against a well established insurance company, it can easily feel like a David vs Goliath situation at times. Though having Scott around I was always sure he’d never let said insurance company get away with anything ridiculous. I’d easily recommend Fegley Law Firm to anyone in need of legal help. Hiring Scott was easily the best decision I made in regards to the whole matter. I couldn’t have done it alone. Thanks Scott!

Effective and Very Productive Lawyer
When I contacted Scott Fegley, I was totally panicked about a Performance Improvement Plan I received at work. I am so grateful for a couple of peers that suggested I contact him. He kept me positive and productive at work while he did all the heavy-lifting. My outcome was absolutely fantastic. I was able to walk away from a horrible manager with my dignity and a very decent package. I would use his services again in a heartbeat if needed!

Excellent experience and results
As a transactions attorney who needed representation on a UC matter, Scott was highly recommended to me. He did an excellent job at a reasonable fixed fee. The result could not have been better, as I won on all counts.

Review Scott Ivan Fegley
Scott Fegley is the first lawyer I have dealt with at length. Previously, I had dealt with a car accident deposition and settlement. Scott has a high standard of thoroughness in communication, explaining everything; laying out the possibilities and alternatives. He does not miss anything, and is on top of the situation, with a very amenable presentation of himself and the legalities involved. His care for a positive outcome for his client is clear in all his dealings. It was my wife who had the accident. We are very pleased with Scott's handling of this case, and the settlement. We are confident that had we actually gone to court, it would have been a positive experience and outcome.

Total trust in Scott
Scott has worked on two cases with my husband as plaintiff. My husband passed away in Dec. 2009 with the case in progress. The executors of the estate are now the plaintiffs. Scott showed compassion during this difficult time for my family. Professionally - he is a great attorney. He is a strong advocate for his clients and is knowledgeable is the field of civil rights and labor law. I trust him implicitly with our civil rights case pending. Excellent
Scott assisted us with workers compensation as a result of my husband slipping on ice. He became a quadreplegic.Scott took the time to explain things in layman's terms. He was very responsive to any question & promptly returned calls. I would highly recommend his services.

Good and honest lawyer
We worked twice with Scott Fegley during the last two years. The first time concerned employment issues and the second, Mr. Fegley revised a license agreement made by one of our customers, a leading US industrial company. In both cases he showed a high professional level, worked quickly and very effectively. In the first case Mr. Fegley found the optimal solution. All his changes in the agreement were accepted by our customer in the second engagement. We were quite satisfied with all aspects of our interaction with him and his office.

Long Term Disability - Employer Policy
After 24 months of payments, my employer's private insurer terminated my disability benefit. Scott Fegley filed a comprehensive appeal substantiating my medical disability and my benefits were restored retroactive to the date of termination. Mr. Fegley's fee was within the range that he quoted me, and he provided services in a professional manner.

Scott is an excellent lawyer
In reality, we tried not to think the painful past any more, but writing a review is the least we can do comparing with what Scott did for us. We went to Scott for help in defamation case in Nov 2006 when we were so frustrated and saddened by many shocking false allegations. Scott listened really well, grasped the whole thing quickly and believed that we were not guilty of those terrible false allegations. We decided to go on Civil court to file defamation charges against the person. It was a long process, about 2 years, Scott has been always informative, responsive to different situations and tactful in giving different options. Of course, eventually we won the case with Scott’s tremendous efforts. Now we can leave that trouble behind and lead a normal and happy life. After that, we developed a very genuine friendship and Scott is always so generous in giving out his advices and help with our other issues. We strongly recommend Scott for your legal issues. He is very knowledgeable, focused, caring, honest, reliable, trustworthy and capable!

Scott Fegley - The Legal Savior!
I found Scott by searching online for a lawyer that I could trust to handle my business. After meeting with a bunch of different attorney's in Bucks County, PA, it was quickly decided by myself and my partners that Scott was the one for us... And we are so thankful for that decision.
