Scott I. Fegley, Esq. is a graduate of Lafayette College where he received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in 1984. At Lafayette, he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa national academic honor society and received Distinguished Honors in his major, International Affairs.
Mr. Fegley attended law school at Villanova University. He was a member of the Moot Court Board. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1987. Mr. Fegley has been in private practice since his graduation from law school. He is a veteran of numerous arbitrations, several trials, and appellate arguments before both state and federal courts. Mr. Fegley is admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In the federal courts, he is admitted to practice in the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. For several years, Mr. Fegley also served as an adjunct instructor of Labor and Employment Law at the Bucks County Community College.
Mr. Fegley and his family live in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where he has been an active member of his community. He served as a Lower Makefield Township Supervisor from January 1994 through December 2005. He has also served on the Bucks County Open Space Task Force, the Lower Makefield Township Environmental Advisory Council, and the boards of the Bucks County Housing Group, Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce, Newtown Business Association, Newtown Arts Company and the Livengrin Foundation among others.
