We hired Mr. Pacillio as a defense attorney for a traffic violation. After speaking with several attorneys we selected Mr. Pacillio based on his solid initial advice, respectful interaction and focus on the issue rather than the fees. He guided us on every step leading up to the trial and recommend...ed a thorough drivers education course ( as there are many to choose from) which yielded a certificate to present to the judge. His follow- up is incredible through frequent reminders of next steps. Emails are answered within hours even late in the evening. Most significantly, Mr. Pacillio was very sensitive to our angst over the situation as a long-term suspended drivers license was at risk. Then came the dreaded trial which we were well prepared for. Success! Through his interaction with the police and the judge he as able to avert a suspension of the drivers license and effectively negotiate reduced points.
