As a result of the skillful representation of Mr. Pacillio, including engaging and expert toxicologist to sh ... ow the weakness of the Commonwealth's case, the prosecutor withdraw all charges the day before trial was scheduled to begin. This matter has been deleted from the client's criminal history report and an innocent man did not have to undergo trial for DUI charges.

After a lengthy Preliminary Hearing where Criminal Defense Attorney Steven M. Pacillio expertly cross-examined the Commonwealth's forensic examiner, the Magisterial District Judge granted the Defense M ... otion to Dismiss All Charges. The client was accused of illegally accessing the email and social media accounts of his good friend's ex-wife. The police executed a search warrant and seized several of the client's devices for forensic examination. Among the evidence recovered by the police forensic examiner was the purported victim's password on an iPhone. Despite this evidence, through tough and thorough cross-examination Mr. Pacillio was able to convince the judge that the Commonwealth could not prove that the client accessed any of the accounts in question. No evidence; no crime; no case.

Client charged with Conspiracy to Retail Theft at a local store. After attempts to negotiate the withdrawal of the theft charges, the ADA would not agree. The case proceeded to a hearing. After cros ... s-examination of the Commonwealth's witnesses, the judge DISMISSED the theft charges.

OUTCOME: Felony discharged

Client charged with six misdemeanor counts including of various thefts. Also charged with a first degree felony count of Computer Hacking. After attempting to negotiate away the felony, the ADA would ... not agree. A hearing was held and after argument, Mr. Pacillio was able to convince the Judge that the actions did not constitute felonious behavior. Felony thrown out. The case is now proceeding to the Court of Common Pleas on misdemeanors only, which virtually removes any chance of jail time.

OUTCOME: After a full hearing in court, the Judge ruled in favor of my client. He picked up his truck from impound two days later.

Son was arrested for drug charges while driving his father's truck. DA's Office confiscated the truck. The father retained Steven M. Pacillio, Esq. to file a Petition for Return of Property and fight ... for the return of the vehicle.

As a result of filing a Motion to Quash filed Criminal Defense Attorney Steven M. Pacillio successfully had the entire case dismissed in the Court of Common Pleas. After finding suspected marijuana pi ... pes and a digital scale in a Villanova University dorm room, the Radnor Township Police arrested and charged the client with multiple drug offenses. At the Preliminary Hearing, the Magisterial District Judge held the case for trial. Before trial, Mr. Pacillio’s Motion to Quash was granted and the case was over. Both this client and his parents were pleased with this outcome.
