Biography

Marc Jaffe has recently joined Carroll & Karagelian LLP in an of Counsel position. His principal areas of practice are (i) estate planning and probate, (ii) real estate and (iii) businesses and contracts. For many years, Marc has assisted individuals and families with estate planning, wills and trusts. Businesses, business owners and their families have sought his advice about their business, business succession and the sale of the business. Marc has also represented individuals and entities in sales, purchases, leases and other transactions involving residential and commercial real estate. Marc received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law (J. D. cum laude) where he served as an editor of the Law Review. Marc later received a second degree - Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation - also from Villanova University School of Law, enabling him to better advise clients in the areas of Federal Estate Tax and Federal Gift Tax. His undergraduate degree is from Temple University (B.A. cum laude). Marc is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Amazing detail and patience

I have watched Marc work with my clients (I am a Realtor) as well as had the opportunity to work with him on personal matters(estate issues). I am impressed with his ability to understand the situation quickly and insure that all the details and possibilities are covered. I never felt rushed and am g...rateful to have found him. In addition, when in a situation that has conflict feom the parties, Marc is able to work to get a positive outcome for his clients by providing a calm, non-threatening and fact based environment. A consciencous and honest attorney

Mr. Jaffe is both my personal and business attorney. He is very knowledgeable about Estate planning and wills, etc. He also handles various situations in owning a business where I needed advice and if necessary taking legal action. I found his rates are very fair and billing always accurate. I highly... recommend him if you are searching for a successful attorney.
