Biography
Prior to opening her practice in 2013, Wendy F. Bleczinski was a partner in the law firm of Heaney, Kilcoyne, Bleczinski & Kelm, LLC. Ms. Bleczinski is a graduate of Bucknell University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Widener University School of Law where she was the Internal Managing Editor of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Tax Law Section and the Montgomery County Bar Association Probate and Tax Section. She has lectured for the American Cancer Society, given annual seminars regarding new federal tax laws, taught Wills and Trusts at Widener University Legal Education Institute and served on the Board of Trustees of Tredyffrin Township’s Foundation for Parks and Recreation. Ms. Bleczinski has been named a Top Tax Attorney by Main Line Today magazine in 2011, 2015 and 2016.
