Quite simply...the absolute BEST attorney I have ever dealt with (and I've had quite a few!). Gave an excellent talk at a recent HALO (Hazleton Area Landlords Organization) meeting on real estate agreements of sale. Very detailed and knowledgeable. His handout was very comprehensive.

Tenant Collections
I belong to an investor group Delco Property Investors, where Lee is president of the group. His presentation this evening was so helpful to many investors. He hed a group of 60 attentive for 2.5 hours on tenant collections. One thing for sure, if have a need Lee will be the man I will call.

Outstanding, Highly Skilled, and Highly Effective Real Estate Attorney
Lee is an outstanding attorney who gives 100 percent to his client's case I knew he was good before I hired him, but his actual performance greatly exceeded my expectations. His assistance in a real estate eviction matter was invaluable. He was able to persuade the tenants to leave the property without the need to go to court. This saved me both time and money. He also skillfully served as my agent in the eviction process. This also saved me a lot of (unpleasant work) in getting the tenants to peacefully leave. Due to his extensive contacts, Lee was able to find buyer for the house who paid me considerably more than I thought possible. Lee has a personality which fosters good communication between attorney and client. He is easy to work with. If you want a hard working real estate attorney to best represent your legal interests and secure the desired results make sure you hire him!

Excellent Atty
I met Atty Stivale at a class he taught on Property Management. He was so knowledgeable and very interesting to learn from. I spoke to him about taking more classes so I could learn more about opening my own company. He worked for me to set up my company and directed me to other opportunities to help me in learning the things I need to know. I would not be where I am today if it was not for his expertise in putting my company together. This atty is a wealth of knowledge and professionalism, I would recommend him to anyone and have. He is the best there is!

Lee A. Stivale
Lee Stivale worked for a law firm in Media and recently left and formed his own law firm. I used Avvo to find his new location. Previously we used him over several years while a group of us sought land to purchase for an Ecovillage consisting of approximately 30 to 40 households . Unfortunately we could not find land in a township that would allow clustered housing so our search continues. We recently found a parcel of great interest, and as soon as we find due to very restrictive zoning laws that the Townships were unwilling to change.
