     For the better part of the last 30 years, I have handled personal injury matters such as wrongful death and survival actions, catastrophic auto accidents, pedestrian-auto death cases, bicycle-auto accidents, medical negligence cases, stillborn death litigation, dental negligence matters, misfilled prescription cases, trip and fall, slip and fall, and burn cases involving serious disfigurement, as well as dog bite/dog knock down cases, cruise ship injury claims and property losses due to fire.   

      During my first 15 years, I also had the opportunity to work on cases involving libel and first amendment issues for nationally known magazine publishers, and cases involving the largest Wall Street brokerage firms and protection of trade secret customer lists.
