"I have known Ms. Kats since she was in my trial advocacy course when she was in law school. She also interned with me. I have followed her career closely, and in fact, now that I have completed 38 years as a trial and appellate judge, I have consulted to her firm. Ms. Kats is extremely bright and diligent. She is an outstanding member of the bar."
