I am also here to help you find a lawyer to handle your case if it is out of my area of expertise, or if you are geographically out of my am a lawyer who handles auto accidents and negligence cases which include slip and fall, dog bite, product liability and medical malpractice, work injuries and social security matters. If you are injured, I will come to you. I also have locations to meet with you in Langhorne, Bensalem, Newtown and Doylestown. I limit the type of cases I handle so that I can serve you personally and know your case thoroughly. Many times your problems can involve all three areas of the law. I feel that it is better to handle all of your problems through one office since there are so many issues that relate to one another and need to be coordinated. For example, if you are injured in an auto accident while working and cannot work at all, you may have cases in all three areas. Also, sometimes one benefit source takes an offset or a credit because you are receiving another benefit. Knowing that two heads are better than one, I work together with experts so that I am sure to be current on the constantly changing laws. This does NOT affect your cost for attorney fees in any have been in practice in Bucks County and the state of PA since 1981, and I know many attorneys in many areas of practice throught the state. Caring and conscientious
Joyce showed genuine concern for my wife's health and wellbeing. She handled my wife's concerns promptly. She was firm in negotiating with the "other insurance companies" and made sure that we received fair compensation as the law allowed.
