We hired Chris Duerr to represent us for an Eminent Domain loss of land due to a road widening decision. His experience as a former Penndot legal advisor, was key in negotiating a suitable settlement in an efficient, and timely manner. We highly recommend hiring him!
This was a residential condemnation case in Whitemarsh Township. The property was an historic house that was already near the roadway.
