Amazing Attorney

I consulted with Holly about an ADA and FMLA question and she provided an in depth answers to all of my questions. She knows the law inside out and is extremely personable, has the knowledge and compassion to deal with any labor related issue. Can not sing enough praises. The other reviewers are spot... on. I highly recommend Holly Frey

I recently worked with Holly on review of a severance agreement. Separation from an employer is not an easy process and Holly was empathetic and supportive. Holly is very knowledgable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.

Invaluable Assistance

I had a issue at my place of employment with my hours not being paid. Unfortunately it was an issue where I needed an attorney to help me. In speaking with Holly the first time, her kind words and knowledge gave me the confidence to pursue my matter further. While my employer drug their feet, Holl...y was always punctual and answered all of my questions when I asked them, even calling me on a weekend to make sure everything was in order. She ensured that the documents leading up to the resolution were fair and legal. I am confident in her abilities and if I needed to take the matter further I would have trusted her completely, but thankfully my case was settled without having to go to court. I highly recommend her if you are having any issues with your employer. Thank you so much!

Excellent Counseling

I hired Holly to review my NDA/Severance package after being laid off because of a lack of work. I informed her of my disagreement on the circumstances and Holly provided me guidance and the correct wording on how to approach my former employer to negotiate in a professional, yet knowledgeable manner.... My former employer agreed to the changes I requested and I am grateful to Holly.
