I litigate in Federal and State Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including in the District of New Jersey, the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mrs. Clark is a professional in her field. She was able to walk me through the legal procedure I hired her for. It is not easy for a person to be faced with technicalities that are out of your league. She was very knowledgeable and effective. I would hire her again.
