The Breakers Beach and Boardwalk Resort L.P. v. Michael Rosen, No. 07-12068.
During a bench trial, Judge Jacqueline Cody found Rosen liable under the contracts for his $1.5 million obligation to Breakers Beach, plus all accrued interest and attorney fees. Cody rejected Rosen's architectural fee and misappropriation claims.
