Rob did an excellent job representing me for a traffic violation that even though they were both summary offenses, I could have done 90 days in jail, lost my license for a year, and have to pay a pretty hefty fine. Rob's fee was very reasonable and he was completely upfront with me throughout the who...le time leading up to the hearing. The day of my hearing he showed up early to speak to the officer for me. The most crazy thing about my case was that i wasn't even driving my vehicle, however i gave consent to my boyfriend who had a license that was under DUI suspension to drive my car. Needless to say Rob got not one but all three charges dropped for me! That's right...he beat it! The end result was I ended up with a very small fine and they changed the charge to a non moving violation with no points on my license! Mr. Mancini, Rob, is an excellent attorney who was thinking about my future during his representation of my case. He was very honest and informative. Although I might have felt doubt in what we was explaining to me about my case, and the choices and options that I had related to it, he suggested, i...f I wasn't comfortable, to speak with other attorneys to get another opinion, so to speak. He made it clear that he would not be offended if I wanted to get a second opinion, and that he would still represent me as well. So, I did speak with a couple of other attorneys, and they agreed with the suggestions and options that Rob expressed to me that I had. There also came a time during my case where there was a meeting scheduled at my home with Bucks County officials, and he prepped me on the phone of how this meeting would be conducted, and he felt strongly that I would be fine and could handle this very brief meeting without representation. But on the day of the meeting, Rob's secretary called me and said that Rob cleared his schedule, and he would be coming to my home to attend this meeting as well. Even though the meeting was brief, it was exactly how Rob described it, and it felt very good to know that my attorney cared enough to be there and offer his support and expertise, if needed. All in all, my wife and I were very pleased with Mr. Mancini's representation of my case. When it came down to the very end of my case, at the court house, he made it clear that he was thinking about our future, that he thought this was a very good deal, that he was comfortable with it, but wanted us to be comfortable with it as well. He said that he would defend us in trial if we were not comfortable with the deal that he and the D.A. worked out, however, he felt it was a very good deal and wanted us to be comfortable with it as it related to our future. When our case was called and heard by the judge, Rob defended us with excellence, and the deal that he and the D.A. worked out, actually went better than expected, as the judge listened to his defense, and issued a better deal because of it. We were very happy with the outcome to an extremely unfortunate situation on our behalf. Rob knew our situation was unfortunate, and the judge agreed by actually lightening the deal on our behalf.
