Robert Amadeo Mancini

I cannot speak highly enough of Rob's abilities and reputation. What has meant the most to my family, is his integrity and compassion. Rob has guided us through our most difficult time. One of my children found themselves in a situation in which they were being investigated for an incident tha...t would have had dire consequences if founded. Children and Youth, the DA and Police department were all involved with the investigation. While the incident was later determined to be "unfounded", we endured a search warrant being served on our house and property, and several requests to interview our child by the police and Children and Youth. If I had not followed Rob's advice regarding the police department and Children and Youth's investigation I truly believe that there may have been a very different outcome. Rob had us stand firm on the 5th amendment. His contacts with the DA, Children and Youth and the local police department helped guide us through the investigation. While the case is almost completely resolved, Rob's actions on our behalf and his advice are the only reasons we have successfully avoided our child's prosecution. I can honestly say that Rob was and is the only TRUE advocate for our child and our family. Rob spoke to us on a Sunday in our frantic search for advice and then representation. Rob was accessible 24/7 and answered our questions via text, phone, and in person with advice that was spot on and extremely valuable. He met with us on Sundays and after work. Rob represented us with integrity and confidence. It is very clear to me that Rob is very highly regarded within the judicial system, the police department and Children and Youth Services. Rob's fees were extremely and amazingly reasonable. He was able to work with us with regard to payments in a way that was compassionate and understanding. In addition to his legal advice Rob was able to connect us with a family counselor who has aided greatly in our child and family moving forward and healing. I am truly grateful and appreciative of all that Rob has done and is doing for my family.

Eight months ago my son was arrested on 2 serious charges and I did not know what to do. My son was receiving mail from lawyers to take his cases. We called a few of them and received no return calls and no the one's who did return the calls wanted to charge a lot of money. We looked in the yellow pa...ges and called Robert Mancini, left a message and explained our situation on money and what my son was being charged with. Mr. Mancini returned our call the next day, which was on a Saturday, stating he was interested in taking my son's cases. He set up a meeting with my husband and I Immediately and we discussed the charges my son was facing. Then, we discussed the cost of him representing my son and we immediately retained him to represent my son. Mr. Mancini gave me a fair price and he was always available to meet with me on Saturday's, which I was very pleased with. Once we met him he went immediately in to talk to my son. I was a nervous wreck but he kept reassuring me that he will do his best to help my son and that the charges were serious. Mr. Mancini was always there for us and kept us abreast of what was happening. His dedication to his clients is unprecedented and thorough. When we went to my son's sentencing I was very happy to see how the Judge and District Attorney(DA) respected Mr. Mancini and how the three worked together for the good of my son, who has never been in any trouble before. Mr. Mancini's respect for the judge and District Attorney and theirs for him I feel played a big part in the outcome of my son's cases. Under Mr. Mancini directive my son cooperated with the lawyer and the DA which helped my son out. My Son was sentenced and given 9 months with 8 months time served. My Son Has one more month then he will be on Parole for 3 years for the one offense with restitution and 7 years probation for the other with restitution for both serious charges. I feel that without Mr. Mancini , my son would have been sentenced and gone to prison for a long time. Mr. Mancini is an attorney who is knowledgeable, thorough, honest, personable and dedicated to his client and their family and will never steer you in the wrong direction. I could not have received a more efficient attorney and would recommend to anyone who is looking for an extremely good attorney to us Mr. Mancini.

how many lawyers would drive you to the prison to pay a bail ON VETERANS DAY! I came all the way from jersey to post bail for my wife charged with identy theft and forgery. it was a set up from this other guy who started a phony the company but anyway i was stranded because the court is closed on V...eterans Day and happened to call Rob who drove me to the jail to post bail! I had no way to get there and i just had a feeling he would help me out. thanks rob you are really a great guy and thansk from my whole family. use this man!

Every step of the way Mancini did a greta job I could not find him in the yellow pages or anywhere it was from an old drinking buddy i got his name. he had his dui dropped because the da failed to turn over reports until the day of trial so i called. He git me in a great program and I am no longer ...drinking. He really seemed to care and worked hard on the trial.

Robert Mancini has been an excellent caring awyer for our family with regards to my grand Veronica. He has continualy showed the bekeif in doing what is right and the best as far as the legal system and her stuggles with abuse. He cared enough to get her treatment for her addiction and not just pun...ishment. He has always out what is best for her first. He is an excellent example of what can be done when a lawyer puts his client needs first and care for them and their future.
