Donald Petrille Jr

I primarily represent businesses and their shareholders as they wrestle with complex issues in today’s ever-changing legal environment. Whether helping an entrepreneur organize a first business venture or counseling an established business on corporate governance issues, contract law, human resource issues or creditors’ rights, or helping with a sale or acquisition, I have spent my career helping small-business owners succeed. I have a varied client base in diverse industries such as real estate management, alternative energy, market research, telecommunications, construction and software development.

I am also a member of the firm’s wills and trusts, estate planning and probate team, where I advise clients on methods of wealth preservation and transfer, and business succession planning. As a member of the firm’s real estate team, I have advised clients on the purchase, sale, financing, leasing and improvement of real estate. I have served as a closing agent on scores of transactions.

An active member of the community, I am a director of Discover Dublin, Inc., a community development organization whose mission is to improve the residential and business communities in Dublin, PA, Bucks County, and the surrounding areas. I am also an associate member of the Ottsville Volunteer Fire Company, where I serve on its new substation committee.

I have volunteered legal services for Living Hope Community Church and emergency management associations and have also served as the solicitor for the Bucks County Department of Health.

Currently, I am serving Bucks County as its Register of Wills and clerk of the Orphan’s Court. Don is Of Counsel to High Swartz.
