Made my divorce extremely easy!

Jill made my divorce super easy and as painless as a divorce could be. She is extremely knowledgeable. Luckily, my divorce ended up being fairly straight forward, but there were times when it started to get a bit ugly and I felt very secure with Jill on my side during those stressful episodes!

Professional, knowedgeable, but not great follow-up

I have been trying to get through a divorce matter and decided to switch lawyers as there was very little progress - just delay tactics by the other side. I spoke with Jill following a $200 initial consult fee - (no more free advice these days!) . She was very professional, knowledgeable and we had... a good rapport, so I thought that she would be a good fit for me. She said she would think about my case and get back to me. Over one week later I have heard nothing and am still waiting. My case is not complicated and I was hoping she could help me to finally close this matter. I realize we are all busy but a simple follow-up phone call or email from the office to let me know one way or the other would suffice.

I give my highest recommendation to Jill Trayer

I am an attorney, and was formerly married to an attorney. However, I did not want to represent myself in my divorce proceedings. I had no experience in the area of Pennsylvania family law, and needed help navigating the procedural and substantive aspects of the divorce. I also needed guidance in dea...ling with some very challenging interpersonal issues that had led me to end the marriage. Jill was referred to me by two individuals. One was a trusted friend and fellow attorney who went through a lengthy contested divorce with Jill as her attorney. The other was the marital counselor who my ex and I had seen together prior to our separation. Jill’s straightforward approach and honest application of the law to the facts immediately impressed me and put my mind at ease. It was clear that she was very experienced and effective. It also became apparent over time then she had the respect of colleagues, judges and court staff alike. Jill skillfully led the way throughout the divorce proceedings, providing me with confidence during difficult and protracted battles in the areas of child custody, child support, division of property, and alimony. After my ex terminated his representation and opted to represent himself instead, Jill handled his litigation tactics with toughness and professionalism. Even as my ex filed multiple petitions of questionable merit after the finalization of the divorce, Jill devoted significant time and attention to bring the issues to fair and just resolutions. On a personal level, I felt from day one that I could trust Jill with sensitive information and the difficult emotions that came with leaving my ex and seeking the divorce. Her warmth and approachability, along with her straight talk and no-nonsense approach, gave me assurance that I was in good hands. On a practical note, Jill was always mindful of my budgetary constraints, and was extremely fair in her billing of the work that she performed on my behalf. I wish that I could say that Jill is a miracle worker. Unfortunately, some aspects of my divorce did not end with my ideal result. However, ideal results do not exist in the world of divorce. Instead, Jill always gave me honest and realistic advice, given her thorough knowledge and experience working within the constraints of the law and the facts. Her assessments were invariably on target. I have the utmost respect for Jill as a fellow attorney. I have already recommended her several times for issues related to child custody and child support, and will continue to recommend her for family law issues without hesitation.

"I highly recommend Jill Trayer for divorce and custody litigation. Jill has been opposing counsel on several cases that I have had, and I can say without a doubt that she knows the law and is an extremely tough negotiator. She delivers excellent results to her clients. She is one of the few attorneys in Bucks County that I refer people to when our firm cannot handle their cases due to a conflict."
