Jessica Anne Pritchard

Jessica Pritchard is a skillful and experienced advocate dedicated to providing supportive, practical and comprehensive representation to clients facing the most sensitive of  legal issues, those affecting family, home and personal assets. Ms. Pritchard, a Partner at Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP, focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Ms. Pritchard is an active member of several professional and charitable organizations. She previously served as the assistant solicitor for the Bucks County Department of Mental Health and Developmental Programs and as a former member of the Bucks County Mental Health and Developmental Programs Advisory Board. As the mother of a child with special needs, Ms. Pritchard has an interest in the local human services community. She is also a former member of the Board of Directors at the Lenape Valley Foundation.

As a member of the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Bar Association, she serves as Chair of the Family Law Section and as a member of the Bench Bar Conference Committee.  She has been named Secretary of the Bucks County Bar Association beginning in 2015 and serving until 2017.  In 2017, Ms. Pritchard was named Vice President/President Elect of the Bucks County Bar Association.  She served as President of the 850 attorney member organization in 2018.

Ms. Pritchard provides pro bono family law services to disadvantaged members of the local community and is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section.

Ms. Pritchard is also rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest legal ability and ethical standards rating.

Since 2015, Ms. Pritchard has been recognized by Thomson Reuters as a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer” published in Philadelphia Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine, Pennsylvania Super Lawyers editions.  In 2018, the same organization recognized her as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Pennsylvania, Top 100 Lawyers in Philadelphia and Top 50 Female Lawyers in Pennsylvania.

Previously, from 2006 through 2014, Ms. Pritchard was recognized by Thomson Reuters as a “Pennsylvania Rising Star” published in Philadelphia Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine, Pennsylvania Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” editions. Rising Stars are chosen by their peers and through independent research of Law and Politics as being among the top up-and-coming lawyers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Only 2.5 percent of Pennsylvania attorneys receive this honor each year. Ms. Pritchard was featured in Suburban Life magazine as one of the region's Awesome Attorneys. She has been selected by her peers as one of the "Ten Leaders of Greater Philadelphia Matrimonial & Divorce Law, Age 45 & Under."

Ms. Pritchard is a frequent speaker regarding a variety of family law matters for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Bucks County Bar Association and Bucks County American Inn of Court. She has also published articles for the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer, a publication of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Ms. Pritchard earned a Bachelor of Arts from Catholic University of America and a Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law.
