David V. Lampman II

I'll try to shorten this as much as possible. So I messed up royally and got a DUI; I then stuck with a public defender because I heard it was easier. My case was an interesting one that had a lot of "questions" around it, so I assumed my PD would look through it thoroughly. Well..No.. MY defender di...d not do a good job at all and I was charged with much more than discussed. After receiving notice on charges in the mail, I had literally hours to fix everything because it was the last day to do anything. I called Attorney Lampman's office extremely upset and immediately explained my situation. He and his team instantly got to work on my case AND attempted to calm me down. Within hours he had a motion filled out and personally dropped off. I spoke with him in person that same day and he set up a payment plan. Down the road: 1st hearing didn't go as planned and i was about to give up, but he stuck with me. He walked me through ALL of my options and went over the ins and outs of my case THAT DAY. And also, talked to me; wanted to learn more. Next hearing came, I got exactly what should have been given the first time with the PD. However, if it didn't, he had a game plan for every possible scenario that could have happened after that hearing. I cannot express my gratitude enough. He never made me feel ashamed of the DUI or 'dumb' for not getting all the information from the PD. He spoke to me like an equal and as an adult; not being to hard but not sugar coating anything. Every time I would get discouraged (because at that point everything was going wrong & this had been going on for a while now) he would say to me "Have a little faith in me, WE'RE going to get through this. This is what i do." keyword there is we're! He genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to help me out of the hole i dug for myself and my PD dug even deeper. Moral of the story: Attorney Lampman was absolutely amazing and I could not be happier! The whole team including the receptionist was so professional and kind. Thank you so much! PS. go with a lawyer, don't try the "cheaper route" with Public defender. Some are great i'm sure, but don't take that chance. Even though they set me up with a short but accommodating payment plan, (especially considering they had to do everything within hours) the price was not something that I had expected to pay. But in the long run, it would have been less expensive for me to get a lawyer from the beginning. And of course if you go with a lawyer, give Lampman a call first! Sorry so long!

Mr. Lampman exceeded my expectations, he was very professional and explained everything I didn't understand thoroughly, he was very honest with what each outcome could be, no sugarcoating or promises that couldn't be met, not once did I feel lesser or looked down upon because of my case, He wanted th...e best outcome for me possible. He FAR exceeded my expectations, he went above and beyond as a lawyer the outcome was much much better than I could have expected, in fact I don't think it could have gone any better than it did, he even went as far as offering a ride home from my preliminary because I had walked, something that went beyond his duties as a lawyer, Mr. Lampman was worth every penny and then some, I'll be recommending him to all my freinds and family

I was arrested in PA with charges the police had no evidence for, but I go to college and live in another state. I was doing an internship and juggling between understanding the case and doing my job. My internship helped me find Mr. Lampman and when we talked over the phone for the first time he gav...e me immediate peace of mind. He sympathized with me and made sure me and my family understood exactly what was going on with my case. He showed us the least expensive and most reliable route for resolving everything and keeping my record clean. He let us know how strong of a case I had against them and I really like that despite how much more we could've done, he put our situation and my future before everything. Mr. Lampman is an amazing and compassionate lawyer that anyone would be lucky to have.
