Timothy Kraeer

Hello! I think it’s important to tell you a little bit about myself given how important hiring an attorney is. I have been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since 2014. I have extensive experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. I attended law school at Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE where I graduated with honors and finished in the top twenty percent of my class while earning Dean’s List Honors and Certificates of Achievement in several subjects.

I grew up in West Chester attending SS. Simon & Jude and then Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown. I attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan where I graduated summa cum laude while earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Flight Science. I hold multiple pilot certificates including a commercial pilot certificate and certified flight instructor privileges.

After I earned my bachelor’s degree, I felt a desire and an ability to do more for people. I enrolled in law school the following year. I began my legal career as an unpaid student intern at a small law office in West Chester. Through hard work and determination, I earned a position as an Associate Attorney. There, I learned to advocate on behalf of those injured in accidents, as well as those facing criminal prosecution.

After several years of hard work that firm, I took my experience and joined a large firm specializing in insurance defense in Allentown. I quickly discovered that the drive I had for law and my desire to help people were not being fulfilled when my clients were large insurance carriers. I decided to take that experience on the “other side” and use it to my advantage and to the advantage of those injured in accidents. I have appeared in almost every district and county court in the region and worked on behalf of hundreds of clients facing a variety of legal hurdles.

I currently reside in Northampton. I am an avid fan of both the Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Eagles. I have a background in music, and I have played concert piano since 4th grade. I also have a passion for animals, and I am the proud father of two adopted pets: a dog named Nox and a three-legged cat named Jaco.
