My family hired Attorney Saadzoi for an immigration case and it was the best decision we made. She is honest, professional and very smart. She thinks ahead and is always super prepared in every sense of the word. She does not beat around the bush or makes false promises. She told my cousin that she c...ould win his case but that he would be in prison between 4 to 6 months. Due to her hard work and diligence she was able to get him out in exactly 4 months and he was able to keep his green card. She provided excellent and quality service. We always felt that our needs were being met and that she was invested in my cousin’s immigration case. She was easily accessible, got back to me quickly and got the results that my family wanted. Back in 2011 I got in trouble that led me to a jail in Pennsylvania,I was feeling hopeless and I thought that my case was a lost cause!.One of the guys told me about Miss saadzoi,he told me she was a very nice person and an excellent lawyer!,he told Helly about my case and the very same day she came ...and talk to me without charging me a single penny, and then I saw that she was doing that with a lot of other people in the jail ,not charging them to speak with her and trying to really help them!.Thanks to her very professional work I got out of jail and continued my case outside.Every time I had a question or wanted to talk about my case she was always there,extremely reliable and responded really fast!.In court she was very professional ,very intelligent and very confident and she always encouraged me to feel positive about my case.She did an outstanding job defending me and thanks to her I received the best outcome! Helly Saadzoi es una exelente abogada de Migracion, la cual me la recomendo el Abogado que me hizo mi divorcio. Despues de haber visitando varios abogados los cuales me cobraron la consulta y no me dieron muchas esperanzas para mi caso!, pues finalmente hice una cita con Helly, la cual no me cobro l...a primera consulta y ninguna de las varias que tube antes de comenzar mi caso con ella. Esta abogada siempre repondio mis preguntas atraves de textos o correos electronicos, es mas es tan buena gente que me respondio texto aun cuando estaba de vacaciones fuera del pais! Que Abogado hace algo asi! Solo Helly Saadzoi! Desde el primer dia ella me dio seguridad, esperanza y varias alternatives de como resolver mi caso. Desde el primer dia me de mostro que el dinero no era lo mas importante para ella. Aunque su precio era el 50% mas economico que el precio de los Abogados que ya habia consultado, ella tambien me dijo que le podia pagar en dos o tres partes, que generosa!! Cuando le traje todos mis documentos y evidencias Ella's los rebiso y ordeno detalladamente. Yo estaba muy nerviosa xq faltaban 3 semanas para q mi residencia condicional se venciera. Mo aplicacion no se podia enviar porque mi Certificado de Divorcio no habia llegado. Por fin faltando dos semanas para quedarme sin estatus enviamos mi aplicacion como persona divorciada. Yo estaba muy preocupada, pero Helly Saadzoi siempre me dio seguridad y paz, ella Me a seguro que yo obtendria mi residence. Ella sabia por su experiencia e inteligencia que todos mis papeles estaban en regla para ganar mi caso, y asi fue faltando un dia Para finalizar mi residencia, mi solicitud fue aprobada. Que felicidad !! Le doy gracias a Dios por haber puesto en mi camino a esta excelente Abogada de Migracion! Gracias Helly siempre te recomendare como la mejor!!

The title of my review is "The Meta-defender" I used it to emphasize how far-reaching Helly Saadzoi's defense actually goes. She defended me PRO BONO in two different criminal cases, one which was the violation of the other. They were both alcohol-related. She knew I couldn't afford a legal defen...se. I told her that I was an alcoholic, and that I didn't want to go to jail because I cared for my college education too much: I realized that I made a terrible mistake in judgment, and I didn't want to lose time for it. Indeed SHE LISTENED. Not only did this marvelous human being and excellent professional keep me out of jail. She defended me from myself, from the anxiety that befalls one when he "doesn't know" what to expect from his charges. Her legal advice is logical, and coincides with a humane sentiment that, I believe, she could not have learned in law school. I witnessed her brilliance and persuasion and compassion as she spoke to the DA, to the judge(s), to my PO. She achieved ARD for the first case. For the second, she managed to have nearly all of my charges dropped. She went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this spectacular attorney if you not only wish to have a favorable outcome in your legal process, but a peaceful mind as well.
