Halley was referred to us as the best attorney for immigration. We hired her to help us with our case. She wouldn’t start the case with no money upfront that’s the no sugar coating we got. The money she charged us for just filling up forms and show up to the interview I could’ve gone to someone else ...and get it cheaper. I went to her because I needed the big guns! I got the same result I got in the first application. And the answer I got from her was you can keep applying until you get approved. Like if we have money like that. She did nothing, I had to call her to get an update and the answer was the same they are watching. Truly disappointed, not what you all write about her in here.

Ms Saadzoi was quick to take a check and show up for my defense, which I suppose is half the job, but the only insight she could give (and she said this multiple times) is "ignorance is no excuse to break the law". Which is such a novice response for a client who clearly knows that. She showed a comp...lete lack of professionalism by not responding to NUMEROUS correspondences asking for documentation, insight and assistance. To me she is in it for the money. When I wrote her a check, she ripped out of my hand so quick and made the comment "oh, that was easy". I should have known then. After I was sentenced she said to me "I'll get back to you about xxxxx" Never did she follow up. She refused Certified letters asking for her promised follow-up as well as many many others letters. I actually respect what lawyers do despite what other people say about them, but in my experience with her, she is borderline incompetent.
