Helly is an amazing lawyer. Very competent and smart. My husband had a DUI and was taken by ICE in 2011. We have been fighting his case for all these years. Finally our day came to be in front of the judge on 3/15/2019 and Helly overwhelmed the judge with evidence but also she was very astute in a...ll her question. She knew what was going to win our case and did everything possible to make it happen. She replayed all the different scenarios that needed to play out in order for us win. Helly is so good that the judge didn’t even need the witnesses to speak she had made her decision based on just one witness, all because she asked the right questions. We we requesting the cancellation of removal visa, only 4000 are given a year and we were one of them. She is amazing!!!!

The title of my review is "The Meta-defender" I used it to emphasize how far-reaching Helly Saadzoi's defense actually goes. She defended me PRO BONO in two different criminal cases, one which was the violation of the other. They were both alcohol-related. She knew I couldn't afford a legal defen...se. I told her that I was an alcoholic, and that I didn't want to go to jail because I cared for my college education too much: I realized that I made a terrible mistake in judgment, and I didn't want to lose time for it. Indeed SHE LISTENED. Not only did this marvelous human being and excellent professional keep me out of jail. She defended me from myself, from the anxiety that befalls one when he "doesn't know" what to expect from his charges. Her legal advice is logical, and coincides with a humane sentiment that, I believe, she could not have learned in law school. I witnessed her brilliance and persuasion and compassion as she spoke to the DA, to the judge(s), to my PO. She achieved ARD for the first case. For the second, she managed to have nearly all of my charges dropped. She went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this spectacular attorney if you not only wish to have a favorable outcome in your legal process, but a peaceful mind as well.
