Helly Saadzoi

I hired my amazing attorney, Helly Saadzoi for an extremely complicated immigration case, and she changed my life. I was detained by ICE after a prior criminal case, and I also had a 10-year-old removal order from Texas. Before I found her, previous motions had already been filed and denied, and I fe...lt like I had no options left. She took over my case, filed the necessary motions and an appeal, and won, which reopened my removal proceedings. She was then able to obtain bond so I could be released from immigration detention. From there, she continued fighting for me by filing additional petitions, helping get my case closed, preparing and submitting my waiver, and fighting hard for me through consular processing so I could legally return. Today, I have my green card with no issues. Throughout the entire process, she was always available to talk no matter where she was. She supported me not only as my immigration attorney but also as a person when I was scared and losing hope. If you are dealing with ICE detention, an old removal order, criminal issues, waivers, or consular processing, I strongly recommend her. She does not give up on difficult cases and truly cares about her clients’ futures.

Halley was referred to us as the best attorney for immigration. We hired her to help us with our case. She wouldn’t start the case with no money upfront that’s the no sugar coating we got. The money she charged us for just filling up forms and show up to the interview I could’ve gone to someone else ...and get it cheaper. I went to her because I needed the big guns! I got the same result I got in the first application. And the answer I got from her was you can keep applying until you get approved. Like if we have money like that. She did nothing, I had to call her to get an update and the answer was the same they are watching. Truly disappointed, not what you all write about her in here.
