A friend of ours recommended Helly to us and we will forever be thankful. Helly was very clear to explaining break down the process that we were about to embark on, the breakdown of her prices (which were very reasonable) and the overall steps we needed to take. From the first moment we hired her she... was super communicative, whether it was email, call, text and even FaceTime we kept in touch and she kept us abreast of where we were at in the immigration process which is very stressful but she managed to make it bearable by explaining it well. She guided me in parts of the process that I was doing on my own and always told me to not hesitate to contact her at any point. She did great work since all my petitions were approved!! My name is Esmeralda... When my husband was detained on his way to work I really dint understand what was going on. I was stressed and dint even know where or whom to go to because I needed some one who cared, on a Sunday night I decided to email Helly i was answered immediately and was asked to call... or text her, I loved how up to date she is and accessible she is as well. For her to answer me on a Sinday night and receive me as well on a Sunday night was a sign that she was the one , she could have been sleeping or with her fiance but no she took me in her office and listened to my case and a friends case. I hired her immediately and even though I was waiting for her to charge me she was laid back and i had to ask myself she seemed no interest in $$ but for my husband. She listened to all my concerns and took time to calm me down at 1am or 12 am messages on other concerns and remind me we had talked about the same subject many times but she understood Being the last day till the court I needed her security! She never guaranteed anything but once told me i can guarantee you that I will do anything in my hands and I understood it was hard because us a person and in a situation like this we want answers and guaranteed results. She guided me and I fallowed along the fact that she took the time to go see my husband and the onther family friend was key to me that she cared and is passionate about what she does. The day of the court I was amazed by her presentation and the security she gave as a person and as professionalism. I could have not hired her but I know that could have been the biggest mistake that would have marked my family for ever. My husband got out the same day and I am putting my life and family on her and her professionalism. She looks for solutions not for barries. She is blessed and always will be because she took the time to care for me as much as she care for her and other families!
