Helly Saadzoi

Halley was referred to us as the best attorney for immigration. We hired her to help us with our case. She wouldn’t start the case with no money upfront that’s the no sugar coating we got. The money she charged us for just filling up forms and show up to the interview I could’ve gone to someone else ...and get it cheaper. I went to her because I needed the big guns! I got the same result I got in the first application. And the answer I got from her was you can keep applying until you get approved. Like if we have money like that. She did nothing, I had to call her to get an update and the answer was the same they are watching. Truly disappointed, not what you all write about her in here.

Helly Zaadzoi, thanks to her my family has stayed together. Helly took my case from ICE detention, very straight forward, never sugar coating anything. Helly has done magnificent work; she gathered documents, fought for us in court, was on time for every court date, perp us before every appointment..., provided us with very specific details (documents, locations, times, places). I don’t think anyone else would’ve done such work. Again thanks to her I have my livelihood back and, we (my family) will forever be thankful. There are many lawyers out there, that take your money and do nothing, or the bare minimum. The other lawyers tell you just want you want to hear, with guarantees. She took on my husbands immigration case, from ICE detention, and let me tell you she had an uphill battle. But she dug her feet in, and sought every angle to help him/us. She takes care of every aspect of your case by herself, so nothing gets by her on where you are at in the process. She is organized, and I liked the fact that she was available anytime, day or night, phone or text. She really listens to your worries, your fears, and tells it how it is. Fue un placer trabajar con la señorita Helly Saadzoi. Es una abogada excelente y con un conocimiento amplio y extenso de las leyes migratorias. Ella siempre está disponible para contestar tus preguntas, incluso comunicándose durante horas no laborales incluyendo fines de semana para contestar cualqui...er pregunta o duda que tengas. Estaba siempre muy pendiente a nuestro caso y con una preocupación genuina por ayudar y que todo salga favorablemente para mi esposo y yo. El proceso de green card es uno que puede ser muy complicado y requiere de muchos detalles y cuidado para evitar retrasos o problemas, pero la abogada Saadzoi se asegura de estar a tu lado durante todo el proceso. No solo es muy profesional pero también muy humana y se nota que verdaderamente quiere que tengas éxito. Lucha por tu caso como si fuera de tu familia.
