A friend of ours recommended Helly to us and we will forever be thankful. Helly was very clear to explaining break down the process that we were about to embark on, the breakdown of her prices (which were very reasonable) and the overall steps we needed to take. From the first moment we hired her she... was super communicative, whether it was email, call, text and even FaceTime we kept in touch and she kept us abreast of where we were at in the immigration process which is very stressful but she managed to make it bearable by explaining it well. She guided me in parts of the process that I was doing on my own and always told me to not hesitate to contact her at any point. She did great work since all my petitions were approved!! The title of my review is "The Meta-defender" I used it to emphasize how far-reaching Helly Saadzoi's defense actually goes. She defended me PRO BONO in two different criminal cases, one which was the violation of the other. They were both alcohol-related. She knew I couldn't afford a legal defen...se. I told her that I was an alcoholic, and that I didn't want to go to jail because I cared for my college education too much: I realized that I made a terrible mistake in judgment, and I didn't want to lose time for it. Indeed SHE LISTENED. Not only did this marvelous human being and excellent professional keep me out of jail. She defended me from myself, from the anxiety that befalls one when he "doesn't know" what to expect from his charges. Her legal advice is logical, and coincides with a humane sentiment that, I believe, she could not have learned in law school. I witnessed her brilliance and persuasion and compassion as she spoke to the DA, to the judge(s), to my PO. She achieved ARD for the first case. For the second, she managed to have nearly all of my charges dropped. She went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this spectacular attorney if you not only wish to have a favorable outcome in your legal process, but a peaceful mind as well.
