Back in 2011 I got in trouble that led me to a jail in Pennsylvania,I was feeling hopeless and I thought that my case was a lost cause!.One of the guys told me about Miss saadzoi,he told me she was a very nice person and an excellent lawyer!,he told Helly about my case and the very same day she came ...and talk to me without charging me a single penny, and then I saw that she was doing that with a lot of other people in the jail ,not charging them to speak with her and trying to really help them!.Thanks to her very professional work I got out of jail and continued my case outside.Every time I had a question or wanted to talk about my case she was always there,extremely reliable and responded really fast!.In court she was very professional ,very intelligent and very confident and she always encouraged me to feel positive about my case.She did an outstanding job defending me and thanks to her I received the best outcome! Better than I had expected!!.She is very smart ,very humble and a really nice person,I can tell you that she genuinely cares about her clients and not about the money!.I will always be greatful to Miss Saadzoi and I highly recommend her to anyone that needs a lawyer,especially in the area of immigration,She is the best lawyer !!!

The title of my review is "The Meta-defender" I used it to emphasize how far-reaching Helly Saadzoi's defense actually goes. She defended me PRO BONO in two different criminal cases, one which was the violation of the other. They were both alcohol-related. She knew I couldn't afford a legal defen...se. I told her that I was an alcoholic, and that I didn't want to go to jail because I cared for my college education too much: I realized that I made a terrible mistake in judgment, and I didn't want to lose time for it. Indeed SHE LISTENED. Not only did this marvelous human being and excellent professional keep me out of jail. She defended me from myself, from the anxiety that befalls one when he "doesn't know" what to expect from his charges. Her legal advice is logical, and coincides with a humane sentiment that, I believe, she could not have learned in law school. I witnessed her brilliance and persuasion and compassion as she spoke to the DA, to the judge(s), to my PO. She achieved ARD for the first case. For the second, she managed to have nearly all of my charges dropped. She went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this spectacular attorney if you not only wish to have a favorable outcome in your legal process, but a peaceful mind as well.

Ms Saadzoi was quick to take a check and show up for my defense, which I suppose is half the job, but the only insight she could give (and she said this multiple times) is "ignorance is no excuse to break the law". Which is such a novice response for a client who clearly knows that. She showed a comp...lete lack of professionalism by not responding to NUMEROUS correspondences asking for documentation, insight and assistance. To me she is in it for the money. When I wrote her a check, she ripped out of my hand so quick and made the comment "oh, that was easy". I should have known then. After I was sentenced she said to me "I'll get back to you about xxxxx" Never did she follow up. She refused Certified letters asking for her promised follow-up as well as many many others letters. I actually respect what lawyers do despite what other people say about them, but in my experience with her, she is borderline incompetent.
