If you're too busy to take a case, just say so.
If you don't have knowledge of PTSD nor the ADA, don't add gas to the fire. The last thing a victim wants to hear is "I would have fired you too!" Very poor behavior. An attorney should not be behaving this way to someone with a medical disability.
