Kyle is very kind and knowledgeable in the area of Defending DUIs. He is upfront and honest and a very straight shooter. His prices are fair and he charges you for the work he does and he doesn't overcharge and he doesn't charge you for things that aren't used as other lawyers do. Their office lost my records for 2-1/2 years in 2006 and sentenced me in 2009. Mr. Rude was able to negotiate with the judge and DA to keep me out of jail and place me on house arrest for 6 months with a TAD monitor for 8 months. I am confident in Kyle Rude's expertise and dedication to his clients. He is a respected attorney in the local courts, as well as very honest and straightforward. He is the RIGHT choice!!!
