Kyle W. Rude

Kyle is very kind and knowledgeable in the area of Defending DUIs. He is upfront and honest and a very straight shooter. His prices are fair and he charges you for the work he does and he doesn't overcharge and he doesn't charge you for things that aren't used as other lawyers do. I've used him twice... and have referred friends to him. He would be my first choice every time.

I chose Kyle Rude of Schemery Zicolello to represent me for a DUI, hit and run and eluding at the recommendation of friends knowledgeable of the Lycoming County Court system and local attorneys. It was a very wise choice, as Mr. Rude was able to have the hit and run charge dismissed and the eluding ...reduced to a misdemeanor. Initially, my DUI was charged as a 1st offense, as it had been over 10 years since my last DUI. However, the DA changed it to a 2nd offense on the day of sentencing due the DA's office negligence. Their office lost my records for 2-1/2 years in 2006 and sentenced me in 2009. Mr. Rude was able to negotiate with the judge and DA to keep me out of jail and place me on house arrest for 6 months with a TAD monitor for 8 months. I am confident in Kyle Rude's expertise and dedication to his clients. He is a respected attorney in the local courts, as well as very honest and straightforward. He is the RIGHT choice!!!

One fateful Friday night, I was pulled over for suspicion for driving under the influence of alcohol... waiting till Monday morning seemed like the longest few days in my life.
