Eric served as Assistant District Attorney in the Lycoming County District Attorney’s office. There he managed a high-volume caseload of misdemeanor and felony cases from the preliminary hearing through trial, including bench and jury trials, sentencing, and appeals. Before becoming a prosecutor, Eric spent ten years as a police officer. In this capacity, he worked as a police officer, and as an Instructor. Eric also served as a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Field Sobriety Test Instructor with advanced training in Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) protocols.
Eric proudly served in the United States Army and is a combat veteran.
Eric also puts his courtroom litigation experience to work representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil cases litigated in Magisterial District Court cases, County Courts throughout Central Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
