Took my money and didn't do a thing for me
I hired Breit for a criminal case and he told me oh don't worry no problem, no problem. And I give him 1600 dollars to retain him. I have reviewed your post in juxtaposition with your case and due to there being two sides to every story, I thought it would be appropriate to respond. My recollection is our office did prepare and attend a Preliminary Hearing where the Court heard the factual allegations as well as took into account your confession and determined that there was a crime and you were involved in it. As we discussed the Preliminary Hearing is very one-sided and we go there to find out as much information as we can about the Commonwealth's case, we did accomplish this task. In light of the results of the Preliminary Hearing and your expectations, I advised you to obtain a second opinion. I am glad you took the opportunity to seek the second opinion, as I am sure your new counsel reviewed with you the strengths and weaknesses of this case. I do recognize there were some difficulties in scheduling matters due to various medical appointments and rehabilitation. With respect to missing our most recent appointment my recollection is you were approximately one-half hour late. Please kindly consider that your expectations may have been greater than the results which can be achieved at your Preliminary Hearing.

Bad outcome
I hired Mr. Breit to defend me on a first offense DUI. I could have done exactly what he did and saved thousands of dollars. Not only was he unable to get me into ARD, he pled me guilty and I was given jail time in addition to loss of license. Beware. Look elsewhere.
