Highly Recommended Divorce Lawyer

When I retained Andy Brown, I had already made some mistakes in an extremely unpleasant divorce situation. My ex had bullied me into signing an extremely unfair marital settlement, and my lawyer at the time was not very supportive, communicative, and actually seemed intimidated by my ex. Andy was jus...t the opposite: knowledgeable, experienced, and aggressive. He immediately took the reins of my case and started turning things around in my favor. He found a major technical mistake that my ex made in drawing up the marital settlement, which voided the whole thing, and allowed us to negotiate a fair settlement. He also made sure I understood all of my rights as a spouse and a parent under PA law, and guided me to make good, informed decisions about child custody. Whenever my ex has tried to pull something over on me again, Andy is there to prevent me from getting steamrolled. He is a superb lawyer, and I wouldn't want anyone else to represent my in a divorce. I highly recommend him! He will inform you, fight for you, and listen to you. He will be realistic about your options under the law so you don't waste time or money.

Andy was a lIfesaver!!!

I really appreciated Andy's responsiveness to all of my questions throughout the entire divorce. In retrospect, I realize that many of my concerns were unfounded as Andy explained to me in detail that I had no need to worry about what he felt the most likely outcomes would be for custody and property... division issues that ultimately turned out as he said they would. He is certainly someone you can trust to give you no-nonsense advice and will do what it takes to look out for your best interest. I feel fortunate to have had him on my side as he listened carefully to the details of my situation and provided sound advice and representation from start to finish. I would highly recommend him and his staff if you are looking for a divorce attorney who will treat you not just as a client, but as a person going through tough, unsettling times.

Custody Relocation Case

Our family retained Andrew Brown as a referral from our superb Family Law attorney whom unexpectedly transferred his clients due to making a career path into mediation and was no longer representing court room cases. At that time, we had no prior knowledge of Andrew Brown except that our superb atto...rney had highly recommended him hence the reason for the referral. Andrew Brown was emergency retained for an un-expected re-location case to represent the father and grandparents due to the mother was requesting to move the children out-of-state regardless of the best interest of the children. Since an early age the children were lovingly and jointly shared on a very frequent split rotation schedule by both parents that the children were quite fond of especially the sharing of parents and the interaction with the grandparents and families. Due to unfortunate accusations and circumstances the re-location was sadly granted and the children were uprooted from their safe, happy and loving families with both parents they had grown so accustomed to and adored sharing. However; the case was far from over thanks to being in the hands of an attorney that is versed in the law, has extensive experience in the field of family law and is viewed as a very worthy opponent in the courtroom up against other attorneys. The mother attempted to strip the father of all legal custody rights and ensure that the father would not have a future relationship with his children including having limited and supervised visitation with the children with no legal grounds for taking the stance. The attempt on the grandparents was similar and alienating at best as if they had no rights when the grandparents had displayed themselves as fine and upstanding grandparents since the birth of the children including being a gracious support system to the children and both parents. Andrew Brown worked tirelessly for the father’s rights and grandparent’s rights including securing a visitation schedule that left not one non-school date on the calendar unturned for the children to be home happily in Pennsylvania with their loving father, grandparents and family. Andrew Brown is an attorney that will be persistent for you when necessary and most importantly he will strategize in a manner that will open up opportunities that otherwise would have gone unnoticed especially in difficult and complicated custody cases. Andrew Brown is highly regarded and respected by his colleagues and the Bar and most importantly highly recommended by his clients he serves. Before you consider another attorney for Family Law you should consider Andrew Brown to obtain the outcome you deserve.

Attorney Brown, excellent in Child Custody

We retained Attorney Brown in the early fall of 2009 as our attorney in a grandchild custody case. Attorney Brown is still currently our attorney in the same ongoing custody case. Attorney Brown is highly knowledable and has done an excellent job representing us both in and out of the court room. Att...orney Brown most definitely understands the custody laws. He has given us excellent advise and we have put our full confidence in him to make the best decisions. Such as when we should or should not go back into court on situations which continue to surface. Attorney Brown is very professional and very trustworthy and cares about his clients. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a great custody attorney.

Divorce settlement

Andy was recommended to me by a friend who referred to him as a "bulldog". I would agree with that assessment. If you are looking for a lawyer who will staunchly support you and go after everything you deserve, hire Andy. He was extremely knowledgeable and dogged in his work. My only issue with A...ndy is that he can be overzealous in his goal of satisfying your case. In my situation, my wife wanted a divorce and I still had feelings for her. At times, I felt that Andy was being too cold in our efforts. I completely realize that he has no connection to her and approaches the situation as a "business decision". However, I had difficulty "putting the screws to her" and struggled with that. But, I will say that, when I finally said that I didn't want to push any more, Andy backed off. I respected his efforts and his ability to see that I was satisfied with what we had achieved.
