In Sept. of 2019 a good friend of mine reached out to York County Family Court personnel and asked them who was the best and most feared by opposing counsel family lawyer attorney. Without exception each one answered "Andrew Brown" with two other names running a distant second and third. When later a...dvising my estranged wife that I had obtained counsel, did not give her his name but described him as "a human aircraft missile in a business suit"...her own lawyer told her, "the only one that could be is Andy Brown". Our family retained Andrew Brown as a referral from our superb Family Law attorney whom unexpectedly transferred his clients due to making a career path into mediation and was no longer representing court room cases. The attempt on the grandparents was similar and alienating at best as if they had no rights when the grandparents had displayed themselves as fine and upstanding grandparents since the birth of the children including being a gracious support system to the children and both parents. Andrew Brown worked tirelessly for the father’s rights and grandparent’s rights including securing a visitation schedule that left not one non-school date on the calendar unturned for the children to be home happily in Pennsylvania with their loving father, grandparents and family.
