Great representation!

Attorney Ross has represented me on two occasions. First was for a felony PWI. Alan, walked me through the entire process and in the end I only had to serve probation. More recently, I was arrested for near felony amount of Marijuana (about an ounce) and a grinder. Luckily, I was charged with... possession in the small amount and paraphernalia. But still, With my prior felony conviction, I was afraid that I might face jail time. So, I contacted Attorney Ross yet again, and I'm glad that I did. Alan handled everything at the preliminary hearing. And in the end I left with only a fine and no probation! I will highly recommend the Law Office of ALan Michael Ross to anybody in need of representation.

Excellent work!

Attorney Ross was a godsend for me. He was able to restrain my possession charge to a fine and a short license suspension; driving is not a big deal for me. I am deeply grateful he was able to keep me off probation, though. He is a busy man, but usually responds within a day or so. Amazingly, he ...seemed far more interested in helping me than being paid; before receiving a single dollar, he was giving great advice and showed a genuine interest in aiding me. As far as his fee, it was a good bit for me, but it was absolutely worth it! I feel odd saying this about a lawyer, but I trust him. And he did not disappoint. Thank you again, sir, for the unparalleled service and expertise!

2nd dui highest bac at .222

Mr. Ross is great! Reliable service, very knowledgable. I was looking at serving a mandatory 95 day state sentance and recieved 4 months house arrest and 12 months of probation. He was a pleasure to work with and is a "no bullstuff" kind of guy.

My Charges were PWIs, facing state jail time.

Charged with 3 PWIs was looking at state time.. Mr. Ross got me 6 months house arrest, with 3 yrs of probation.. He kept me out of jail.. A real down to earth, knowledgeable attorney.. An very genuine person.

Great DUI attorney

Mr Ross helped me dramatically. I was within 10 years of my first DUI and he was still able to still get me into ARD! Very personable and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
