I was so nervous when we got pulled over and my husband was charged with a small amount of medical Marijuana and paraphernalia. When we went to the preliminary hearing, Alan went back and talked to the state trooper involved (who I must say was very professional in his approach with us from the begin...ning). By the time he got done talking to the state trooper and the judge, both counts were reduced to a disorderly conduct and we just had a fine to pay. Alan also spent some time with us explaining the law so that we were better informed about the laws behind Medical Marijuana, use, DUI, travelling with and possession of, and testing for. I highly recommend this attorney. My husband was facing 4 charges that could have ended up on his background check as criminal charges, which would have cost him his job.
